Our studio is located in Orange County, CA but majority of the team headshots are photographed in our clients offices or meeting spaces. So whether or not your business is in Orange County you can rest assured that you're getting the best corporate headshot photographer in the area.
We travel nationwide and setup our studio at your location for any group of 5+ people.

Here’s how it works
SETUP - We can setup our WASIO portable studio in your office space within 30 minutes. All we require is a 12’x12’ open area to set up our camera, lighting, backdrop and computer equipment.
SPACE - We highly recommend selecting a space that has a more quiet environment. Part of the headshot experience is our genuine facial coaching. An area with less foot traffic is ideal to have the interaction and connection with the person being photographed. Also, most of the time, people don't enjoy being looked at by their peers while being photographed.
FACIAL COACHING - Using years of our professional expertise we coach each individual into the perfect expression.
PHOTO SELECTION - There is an option for your team members to select their headshots live while we are photographing. This makes the photo delivery process much faster and smoother. The selection process takes from 5 to 15 minutes per person.
RETOUCHING - Once all the photo selections are made, all the selected images go through additional editing to ensure a consistent and cohesive look. Optional detail retouching is also available.
DELIVERY - Final images are delivered electronically in 4 different resolutions. We can deliver the photos in any resolution requested. The final images are delivered within 2 weeks.

OFFICE HEADSHOTS
If you have more than 5 people on your team to be photographed we will bring the studio to you office. We will actually bring all our professional camera, lighting, and computer equipment that we use in our studio. You will get the same professional results we produce in our studio.
We will need 30-45 min to set up and minimum 12x12 open space to set up our studio.
If you have fewer that 5 people to be photographed, it may be more cost efficient to come to our studio. Of course, if you prefer we can come for even one person to your office.
EASY & FAST
We do everything to make the whole experience easy and efficient. All booking, contract and payments are done online electronically. We always respond within 24 hrs or less.
Once we photograph your team, you will receive final headshots within 2 weeks. If your team requires the photos faster, please communicate that with us ahead of time.
New hire onboarding
Is your company growing and you would like to continue to get consistent headshot for each person joining your team? You can send all your new hires to our orange county studio or we can come to your office on a regular basis! We’ll make sure each person's headshot looks like it was photographed the same day as the rest of the company. You can choose whatever headshot backdrop you like.
